Cancellation Policy
📜 Easter Egg Drop Service Policies Payment Policy: Full payment must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled egg drop. No egg drops will be made without completed payment. Cancellation & Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued once payment is made. You may reschedule your egg drop with at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled date. Reschedules are subject to availability. Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather (heavy rain, storms, etc.), your Easter Egg Drop can be moved indoors to ensure a fun and safe experience. We will coordinate with you in advance if weather conditions require a change. Service Area & Travel Fees: We proudly service Metro Atlanta, including Gwinnett, Fulton, and DeKalb Counties. Locations outside of a 20-mile radius from our home base may be subject to a $15–$20 travel fee, depending on distance. Rush Booking Policy: Bookings made less than 72 hours before the desired egg drop date are considered rush orders. A $20 rush fee will apply to any rush bookings, subject to availability. Custom Orders: If you would like a custom quantity of eggs (not listed in standard packages), pricing will be discussed during your confirmation call or email after you submit your booking request. Candy Allergies and Special Requests: We are happy to accommodate candy allergies and age-appropriate candy preferences! Please list any allergies or special requests when booking.
